A Comparative Study Of Lenin And Gramsci On Leadership Issues

Leadership is not only the focus of research at home and abroad in recent years,but also the political issue concerned and valued by governments and parties.As an advocate of the proletariat,Lenin and Gramsci inherited and developed the philosophical thought of Marx's doctrine on the issue of leadership.As the theoretical basis of his thought,the leader made the new situation of the political and ideological culture of Russia and Italy.With the guidance of Marx's doctrine,this paper makes a comparative study on the leadership thought of Lenin and Gramsci by longitudinal analysis,lateral contrast and summary.This article is divided into four parts: first,the introduction part of the article mainly introduces the research status at home and abroad,the thinking and innovation of the research.The first and second chapters are the most important part of the thesis,which is the exploration of the leadership of Gramsci and Lenin,the concept of Lenin's political and cultural leadership and Gramsci's cultural leadership,and the comparative study of the historical background,the theoretical source and the main content.The three chapter is also the last part of the article,which is a comparison between Gramsci and Lenin's leadership.
