Yun Shouping's Mogu flower paintings play an important role in the flower-and-bird painting world in the early Qing Dynasty,although his paintings often appear "to draw sketches by Xu Chongsi in the Northern Song Dynasty" and "to use the Xu Chongsi method in the Northern Song Dynasty" in the title and postscript of his works.However,Yun Shouping's flower paintings without color have its own unique artistic characteristics,which has its original creation on the basis of learning from the predecessors.His Mogu flower paintings have a great impact on the creation of later flower and bird painting.The study of Yun Shouping's Mogu flower painting has an important reference significance for the creation of current flower and bird painting.In this paper,the author is mainly to tease out the development of Yun Shouping's Mogu paintings,focusing on his painting works of brush and ink,color techniques and morphological composition of the law,and combined with the literature,the main artistic characteristics of Yun Shouping were summarized.The article uses the image analysis method and the comparison method to show Yun Shouping's painting characteristics more intuitively.It aims to provide a little-inspiration and help for those who study the Yun Shouping's works as the writer.
