As a flourishing period in the history of Chinese ancient dance art,Dances in the Han Dynasty have research value with the rich and real image materials.Impression of Han Dance is a collection of contemporary creative works of dances in the Han Dynasty.This paper takes it as an example,to comprehend the basic meaning as well as the dynamic Han style,on the base of the literature and image in the Han Dynasty.From the perspective of philology,iconography and so on,the paper interprets static modeling,dynamic dance posture,facial expression,action design,rhythm processing and other aspects in the selection and creation of works subject in Impression of Han Dance.Attempting to combine the history of Han Dynasty with the dance creation,the Han style is dynamically found in dance on the creation conception of mutual reflection of image and history.Entering the history and understanding the tradition on the modern view,on the one hand,it is a helpful attempt to the contemporary creation of dances in the Han Dynasty;on the other hand,it is a new possibility to explore the creation of Chinese classical dance drama.Thus,a more comprehensive and deeply understanding of the "classical dance of the Han and Tang Dynasties" will be achieved.
