| Euan Uglow,one of the representatives of the contemporary British art scene,summarizes the objects as geometric styling.In his works,the images show an orderly rhythm and it forms a sense of atmosphere and simplicity.His unique painting language and unique painting style have a great influence on my creations.My graduation creation takes the modern urban women as the subject,draws on Euan Uglow's geometric representation,attempts to reconstruct the images of women and their life scenes through the simplest geometric shapes in order to show that they pursue the quiet,relaxed state in the busy life.In the process of creation,I have integrated my feelings and my life comprehension.This essay explores the language of self-expression by Euan Uglow's painting language.Through the tempering of the content and form of creation and gradually comprehends the expression of the painting language and his thoughts and emotions in the artistic creation.This essay is based on the research on the influence of my scene character painting by Euan Uglow's performance technique on the oil painting and expounds from three parts.First of all,the essay elaborates on the physical features and the meaning of the expression of Euan Uglow.The essay elaborates on the painting style of Euan Uglow from three aspects: the performance of geometric shaping,the absorption of the concept of "structure" of Cezanne,the style of his works and his aesthetic significance.Secondly,From the aspects in my creation process,including the determination of the creative theme,and from the aspect of the method of Eugene Uglow's geometric representation in the application of my creation,this article discusses the influence of Euan Uglow on me.Thirdly,this article discusses the expression of form and emotion in my based on my creation "Summer Series".This essay is not only a study of Euan Uglow's artistic expression,but also my own drawing language with my own creation practice and thinking. |
