This study investigated the relationship between the impulsivity, emotion regulation and abnormal eating behavior about the college students,we use the questionnaire and behavioral task to assess the different dimensions of impulsivity to investigate the relationship between timpulsivity and abnormal eating behavior,we divided the high and low behavioral inhibition group according to the stop singal reaction time, then assess the two groups' abnormal eating behavior emotion regulation,so as to provide a reference for intervention and treatment of the group with abnormal eating behavior,or provide a new way to prevent eating disorders. The result showed that: study 1,(1)It was expected that BIS-11 would be positively associated to emotion eating(p<0.01)and external eating(p<0.05),DERS would be positively associated to emotion eating(p<0.01)and external eating(p<0.01),and also positively associated to eating concern(p<0.01)?shape concern(p<0.01)and weight concern(p<0.01).(2)DERS had a full mediating effect on BIS-11 and Emotion Eating, and the dimension of Impulse and Straegies also had a full mediating effect on BIS-11 and Emotion Eating.Study 2,(1)the stop singal react time(SSRT)was significant positively associated to the EDE-Q total score and the dimension of shape concern and weight concern;(2)significant difference was found in the stop singal react time(SSRT)and the abnormal eating disorder, include the dimension of shape concern and weight concern(p<.01).But no significant difference was found in DERS.Conclusions: In subclinical eating disorder sample,Impulsivity was associated with emotion eating and external eating, and emotion regulation had a full mediating effect on impulsivty and Emotion Eating. At the same time, the person who has worse respond inhibition has more abnormal eating behavior.
