Prosocial behavior is beneficial to others and social.It is the behavior of society which encourages and conforms to the social expectations. High school students is an important part of social human resources, the prosocial behavior not only affects their physical and mental health and harmony, but aslo relationships with social stability and the country’s future sustainable development. High school students are going through the intermediate stage of puberty, severe mood swings and psychological conflict are the common features of the stage of students. Emotion regulation ability influence high school student’s physical and mental health and behavior. Positive personality traits and prosocial behavior is the hotspot of positive psychology, prosocial behavior is what is in the position in the personality structure study of contemporary-Chinese scholars, one of the three big problems in the field of prosocial behavior. So study the status quo of contemporary high school students prosocial behavior type and emotion regulation strategies, the relationship between personality traits, not only improve the emotion regulation strategy, personality traits, related research in the field of pro-social behavior, and can work for the school and family education psychology theory support.This study emotion regulation questionnaire, eysenck personality questionnaire short form version and prosocial behavior scale as the research tools for the survey of 780 high school students, the present situation of the analysis of the current high school students prosocial behavior types and characteristics of the high school students is discussed type of prosocial behavior and emotion regulation strategies and the relationship between personality traits.The study found that:1.High school students prosocial behavior score in the school, the students there were significant differences in demographic variables such as school comprehensive quality, the higher the prosocial behavior score, urban areas students prosocial behavior score higher than rural students. High school students in the process of emotion regulation is better applied cognitive reappraisal strategy, cognitive reappraisal strategy significant difference on gender factor, girls scored higher than boys; Expression suppression in significant differences between schools, the school comprehensive quality lower expression inhibition scores higher. Personality traits on the gender factor boys spirit and quality inside and outside pour score were higher than girls, which scored lower than girls; Only children scored lower on nervous not only children; Inside and outside of city students score higher than the countryside, the countryside student’s neuroticism score higher than the city.2.High school students prosocial behavior and emotion regulation strategies exist significant correlation. Among them, the cognitive reappraisal and prosocial behavior in anonymous, altruism, compliance, emotional, and emergency of five factor was significantly positively related; Expression suppression with only with anonymous prosocial behavior was significantly positively related. High school students personality trait score significantly associated with prosocial behavior score, among them, the quality and altruistic prosocial behavior of the spirit, the compliance and emotional, emergency has significant negative correlation. Inside and outside the tilting and prosocial behavior in public, altruism, compliance, was significantly positively related to emotional, emergency. Neuroticism and altruistic prosocial behavior only significant positive correlation. In the relation between high school students emotion regulation strategies and personality traits, cognitive reappraisal and spiritual quality, has negative correlation with the inside and outside pour in, has negative correlation with neuroticism has no significant correlation; Mass was significantly positively related to expression suppression and spirit, and pour inside and outside, has negative correlation with neuroticism was significantly positively related.3.High school students personality traits in emotion regulation strategies and intermediary role between social behavior. Among them, both inside and outside in the cognitive reappraisal of public prosocial behavior affect the partial mediating role; Inside and outside in the cognitive reappraisal of altruistic prosocial behavior affect the partial mediating role; Inside and outside in the cognitive reappraisal, impact on the compliance of pro-social behavior played a partial intermediary role; Mental quality, both inside and outside in the cognitive reappraisal of emotional prosocial behavior affect the partial intermediary role; Mental quality, both inside and outside in the cognitive reappraisal of emergency pro-social behavior affect the partial intermediary role. Pour inside and outside, neurotic in expression suppression of public prosocial behavior affect the partial mediating role; Mental quality, both inside and outside leaning and nervousness in expressing inhibition effect on altruistic prosocial behavior completely intermediary role; Mental quality, both inside and outside in the expression inhibition effect on compliance of prosocial behavior completely intermediary role; Mental quality, both inside and outside leaning and nervousness in expressing inhibition effect on emotional prosocial behavior completely intermediary role; Mental quality, both inside and outside leaning and nervousness in expressing inhibition effect on urgent prosocial behavior plays an intermediary role completely.
