The majority of traditional Confucian scholars mainly explain Confucius' thoughts from the perspective of ethics and political thought,and believe that the benevolence of Confucius is the love of kinship,and that this kind of love is the highest moral norm and the most basic social relation principle.This knowledge in the period of patriarchal society in ancient China has been the Confucian orthodoxy,widely accepted by people,and as China into the modern society,more and more scholars begin to reflect on Kong Ziren theory and arithmetic of loving relationships.Under this background,the modern and contemporary scholars began to emphasize personal moral cultivation as the core of "benevolence" of the mind and to he preferred "benevolence" of love.The above interpretation of Confucius' theory is well-founded,but the explanation of Confucius' theory is mostly from the perspective of personal moral cultivation and social ethics.It is rare for scholars to think about Confucius' theory in the view of metaphysical.So in this paper,the meaning of the so-called justification has two,one is that the benevolence of Confucius is not the dialectic of the love of equal difference;the other is on the moral position and position about the virtue.The concept of virtue in the Spring and Autumn period has three meanings: the identity of the existence,the foundation of the existence,and the good from the standpoint of the existent.Under the three meanings of virtue,theory of Confucius' benevolence has certain differences with the traditional theory of Confucius.The theory of Confucius in this field of virtue affirmed the virtue of benevolence,and emphasized the significance of benevolence on the scale of life value,which reflected the yearning for life in the present moment and the yearning for the divine heaven,which was not in the secular and human ethics.In contrast to the "benevolence of the heart",which is the core of "moral cultivation",the benevolence of the "lover" and the benevolence of the work are taken into account.In comparison,the author believes that this kind of open,free,generous and divine benevolence is more consistent with the spirit of Confucius.
