Research On The Perfection Of Civil Execution Property Inspection Control

Property execution has always been difficult for courts. As shown in practice of property execution, failure in checking and controlling the property of person subjected to execution is the main reason although there are other social reasons for it too.This paper analyzes defects in property check and control system and tries to put forward suggestions. Beginning with evaluation method of three different kinds of property, the paper collects legal regulations related to current check and control system of property for execution, points out the reasons why it is difficult to check and control property for execution and lists problems in system for property check and control. On the basis of that, interpret new property check and control system of recent years, such as "point to point" centralized query network among courts, banks, commercial bureau, housing administration, land bureau, vehicle administration, discuss how to make full use of information cyber resource to improve property check and control system, promote more efficient enforcement procedure, solve the problems of property execution.
