Research On The Crime Of Spreading Obscene Articles

Obscene is often related to sex, especially sex behavior. People are obscure about sex, but spreading pornographic materials crime makes this feeling open and challenges to people's sexual sense of shame, which destroyed the traditional morality that affects the normal order of society as a whole. As the Internet penetration rate and the number of Internet users in China increasing greatly, using network to spread pornographic materials becomes a more and more mainstream form of this kind of crime. This article starts from spreading pornographic materials crime which is a component of obscene crime, chooses the real cases as the research object, analyzes the several questions of spreading pornographic materials crime in the current Internet environment, and finally states personal views on these problems and puts forward relevant prevention and governance suggestions, in order to play a role for preventing and cracking down this kind of crimes in the judicial practice.
