It plays a very important role in preventing and reducing crime and maintaining social stability.In our country, since the first criminal law is enacted, the criminal responsibility age system has never been greatly modified. Throughout the frequent occurrence of juvenile delinquency cases in society in recent years, they all show the trend of minor criminals lower –aged, violence, gangs, which all show criminal responsibility age set by the criminal law of our country has been unable to fully meet the needs of social development and its defects are also increasingly exposed, so the reform of the criminal responsibility age in our country is imminent.At present, many countries and regions have established a perfect system of criminal responsibility age, which has played a significant effect to curb and reduce the minor crime, it is worth our reference. Through the analysis and discussion of the typical under aged crime cases, this paper analyzes the deficiencies of criminal responsibility age system, finds ways to perfect our country's criminal responsibility age system, in order to make up for defects in the law of our country and provide protection for minors healthy growth.
