The purpose of the criminal investigation that uncovered a crime, efficient completion of the investigation task is an important criterion for the evaluation of the investigators, and respecting and safeguarding human rights is an eternal hot issue affected all aspects of human rights protection, where the greatest threat is the national public the exercise of power. Investigation right as a national public authority, because of certain mandatory and confidentiality, and because of the long-term entity by heavy, light program, heavy blow to the concept of light impact protection, lack of attention to the protection of human rights. Due to improper exercise of the right of investigation of human rights violations suspects still exist, the danger is very serious, and therefore the importance of strengthening research on the investigation of human rights protection suspects. The new "Code of Criminal Procedure" will be "accurate and timely identification of crime" and "the state respects and safeguards human rights" at the same time as the Code of Criminal Procedure prescribed tasks, people-oriented, is to modify the course of the criminal procedure law is an important milestone.As used herein, investigative practice specific cases of human rights protection and data, combining academic theory research start on the basis of first-hand information on. Analysis of the new "Code of Criminal Procedure" improve the protection of human rights and lack of its existence, while the suspect in our investigation of human rights protection and foreign criminal justice protection of human rights were compared, drawing reasonable portions.
