Since the Wright brothers invented the plane in the United States in 1903, our human society has begun to enter the era of air transport. Now the global air transport industry, especially manned space transportation is in a stage of rapid development, but at the same tune aviation accidents caused by machine destroy crash tragedy continue to emerge. Because many times in the air crash, people have known in the past as the 2014 crash, that this is the world's aviation history of the darkest year. After the crash, the victims in the process of solving the problem of the crash, will inevitably face a number of compensation based on the lack of compensation, compensation standards, the amount of compensation is too low, and many other issues. These problems have hindered the smooth solution of the problem of the crash, can not effectively protect the interests of victims of the crash.This paper takes the two major issues of jurisdiction and compensation involved in the international air crash personal compensation, which is based on the investigation of the relevant treaties, the need to improve the legal system, and to better promote the international civil aviation compensation system, and to realize the long-term, healthy and sustainable development of International Civil Aviation.This paper is divided into five parts. The first chapter lists several major international air crashes in 2014, which leads to the definition of the international air crash. The second chapter compares and analyzes the choice of the jurisdiction and the choice of compensation in the international air crash in the world. The third chapter studies the International Convention on the international air crash jurisdiction and the provisions of the standard of compensation.In the fourth chapter, the author points out the defects of the existing international conventions in dealing with the international air crash compensation. In the fifth chapter, the jurisdiction of the international air crash is further clarified, and the compensation standard is improved.
