Compared with many countries, China is a latecomer in multilateral trading system. On the one hand, we don't have to participate in the system design, still the passive adaptation of this system; On the other hand, China's participation in the system time is shorter, haven't experienced better understand and deal with related issues. China's accession to the WTO has provided a rare opportunity for China's economic development, especially the development of foreign trade.But through practice, we have seen the flaw due to the lack of experience.So we should be targeted to study WTO case. This will help our country to better exercise the rights conferred by the WTO rules.It is very significant.WTO anti dumping system is an important system in international trade.It not only affects the general direction of free trade, but also influences the formulation and implementation of free trade policy.In WT/DS425,China has not been supported in several key issues, and After the experts group issued a report on China's unfavorable report did not appeal, but choose to perform the panel's decision, which means that in this case China is wrong. Successful experience is worth reference, but the lessons of failure are more valuable,it can help us without violating WTO rules under the premise of the exercise of their own legal rights, can also help us in the process of dispute settlement increases the chance to win.Thus, there are many aspects worthy of our study of this case. This article begins with the specific case of WT/DS425, from two angles to analyze the case of entity and procedure, and combining with the same and different laws and regulations domestic and international.Using legal language to analyze the legal issues involved in this case, summarizes the experience and the inspiration for the future.
