This will help our country to better exercise the rights conferred by the WTO rules.It is very significant.WTO anti dumping system is an important system in international trade.It not only affects the general direction of free trade, but also influences the formulation and implementation of free trade policy.In WT/DS425,China has not been supported in several key issues, and After the experts group issued a report on China's unfavorable report did not appeal, but choose to perform the panel's decision, which means that in this case China is wrong.
