Shanghai E-government Public Satisfaction Research Based On Carnot Model

At present,under the background of the transformation of government functions and service type government construction,e-government as government management an important way,it with information technology as a basic tool,on the one hand to the public provide convenient quality of government services and public participation channel,on the other side,for the government provides more efficient and convenient channel for service and decision-making basis.E-government has become an effective way to improve the level of government public service,while the quality of E-government public service also directly affects the effectiveness and efficiency of the government’s public service.The core mission of e-government is to serve the public,so the government should through the scientific and accurate method obtain public all kinds of demands of e-government,public as "customers",to meet their needs,enhance their access to government services satisfaction.Therefore,this paper introduces Kano model,to the Internet under the new situation of Shanghai social security of e-government as an example of investigation and analysis of public needs and satisfaction of electronic social security in Shanghai,hope to achieve and explore based on service type government under the background of E-government public satisfaction factor analysis,and to develop related to satisfaction promotion strategy,improve the construction of the service type government.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.Social security for e-government,the relevant concepts and theories are described,a detailed explanation of the different understanding of the electronic government affairs and social security;analysis of the service type government and public satisfaction index,introduce the Kano model and its application in the field of social studies.2.In the research of the status quo of Shanghai social security of E-government public satisfaction based,analysts pointed out that the outstanding problems existing in current e-government,put forward to strengthen the notion of public service to guide and service type government from the perspective of the theory of the Shanghai social security of e-government construction goals.3.In view of the development and construction of E-government in Shanghai City,a questionnaire was designed,and the public demand and satisfaction of electronic social security in Kano city was analyzed by using Shanghai model.Through the statistics of the results of the survey analysis,elements of the needs of social security of e-government and the electronic social security for the community,for the subsequent public satisfaction promotion strategy provides a favorable basis.4.Through the analysis of the influence the public of Shanghai social security of e-government demand factors,formulate related to satisfaction promotion strategy;from paying attention to the fundamental quality elements,adhere to a yuan quality elements and improved perceptual quality elements of three aspects of a specific analysis,satisfaction promotion strategy provides a theoretical basis.
