Research On The Comprehensive Service Model Of Adolescents In Kunming

Rapid development of economy and society in our country at the same time,the teenagers’ study and living conditions are improving,their growing up,the physical and mental health,social interaction,social integration and so on the new difficulties and problems.Every year there are about 190000 college graduates in yunnan province,there are a large number of urban and rural poor families teenagers,teenagers,flow of the rural youth in the city and the country,there are millions of rural left-behind children,etc.,they face a lot of problems,urgently need help.Solve difficulties and problems in the development of adolescence,must build a youth service system,establish and improve the youth affairs network,using the adolescent comprehensive service platform construction,effectively meet the personalized requirements of social service of teenagers.In recent years,the group provincial party committee of yunnan based on practical,comprehensive service platform construction,actively explore teenagers in adolescent social services have done a lot of work.But overall,adolescent comprehensive service platform construction in our province working foundation is weak,low social awareness,and social and economic development level does not adapt,that’s a big gap with the developed areas,there are system is not sound,professional talent shortage,and unstable personnel rank,problems such as insufficient funds,to some extent,restricted the teenagers in our province the development of social undertakings.This paper study on the integrated service for children &youth(kunming model,deeply analyze the significance of teenagers comprehensive service platform construction and path.Through collecting data and full investigation and study,and using questionnaire survey method,interview method,literature research,statistical analysis and other research methods,about youth affairs at home and abroad for reference,the related theories of social work,on the basis of research results,summarized Suggestions to further improve the opinions of adolescent comprehensive service pattern.This paper argues that,by strengthening policy support,funding safeguard,strengthen youth affairs social workers to team construction,establish and improve the corresponding management mechanism,can effectively promote adolescent comprehensive service platform construction in our province.The research content of this article is about public service and adolescents about the theory of comprehensive services,and select integrated service for children &youth(kunming mode as the research point,by means of questionnaires and prepare the interview outline,to understand the needs of the teenagers in our province,such as social work organization present situation and the current situation of the development of college students’ community in content,provide the basis for study on model of the integrated service for children &youth(kunming.In kunming city youth service platform running status,service content,service method,work program and analyzing research results,the key is to discover problems,analyze problems,explore the teenagers accords with the practice of yunnan comprehensive service mode of the path and method.
