Study On The Construction Of Administrative Integrated Services In Area B Of Tangshan City

Since 2020,District B of Tangshan City has continued to promote the construction of administrative integrated services,and has now established an administrative integrated services agency with the District Government Services Centre as the core,covering all towns(streets)and villages(communities)in the district.However,there are still many problems in the actual operation of the administrative integrated services in Tangshan B,which is still in the process of continuous improvement and perfection.This paper takes the construction of administrative integrated service agencies in District B of Tangshan City as the research object,and uses relevant concepts and theories to analyse the current situation and problems of the construction of administrative integrated service agencies in District B of Tangshan City,implement initiatives and effectiveness,and find out the irregularities in the construction of administrative integrated service agencies,imperfect administrative service matters,poor application of the whole process of online operation,poor utilization of the integrated self-service terminals of administrative services,and low utilization of the professional staff.The problems of low utilization rate of service terminals and lack of professional quality of the staff team.This paper proposes that the main reasons for the problems are the lack of unified standards for the construction of institutions,the lack of standardization of administrative service matters,the insufficient promotion of the whole process of online operation,the lack of an effective coordination mechanism and the weak capacity of administrative services.This paper proposes countermeasures to strengthen the standardization of government service institutions,standardize and improve government service matters,strengthen the construction of the whole process of government service online,establish a coordination mechanism and improve the capacity of government service,so as to achieve the purpose of optimizing the construction of administrative comprehensive service institutions in Tangshan City District B and improving the level of government service.
