As an useful attempt in promoting innovation of social management mechanism and promoting the dual management system reform of social organization in our country, "Hub-type social organization" can realize the self-development of social organization, undertake the public responsibility transferred by the government and the subcontracted public functions, so as to achieve the transformation of government functions and realize the pattern of "big society, small government". Whereas, transforming the Labor Union into "Hub-type social organization" can also take the opportunity to play down their administrative characteristics, return to the nature of social organization, and then get away from the administrative affairs, focus on the service work for safeguarding the rights and interests of workers, strengthen the trust and recognition from the masses of workers, promote their influence and social status, and enhance the care and attention by the Communist Party and government. However, as the "Hub-type social organization" is a new concept which started relatively late and is not yet mature, so the Labor Union also has its own problems. Therefore, in order to achieve the transformation of Labor Union to "hub-type social organization", we should actively conduct more researches and explorations on both practical and theoretical levels.In this passage, the author mainly adopts the corporatism theory to analyze and solve the problems that the Labor Union may encounter in the process of transforming to the "Hub-type social organization". With the research feasibility brought by the compatibility between corporatism and "Hub-type social organization", the author introduces the theory of corporatism into the construction of Labor Union's "Hub-type social organization", supplemented by the practical transformation examples of Labor Union in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. This paper analyzes the difficulties and the existing problems of the Labor Union's transformation to the "Hub-type social organization", and then analyzes the problems, so as to summarize the countermeasures and suggestions of the Labor Union to realize the transformation to "Hub Type Social Organization" by using the corporatism theory as the guide.First of all, it introduces the corporatism theory, analyzes its applicability to the relationship between the state and the society in China. Then it makes an objective analysis of the present status of the Labor Union's transformation to "Hub-type social organization" in recent years. On the basis of the above analysis, it points out the problems that the Labor Union may face in the process of transformation to the "Hub-type social organization" and the existing problems in reality, meanwhile, it also puts forward the solution way of using corporatism theory to guide Labor Union to transform to "Hub-type social organization"; Finally, with the theory of corporatism as the guide, the author puts forward the macroscopic thinking and concrete tactics to solve the above problems, and draws the conclusions:from the perspective of corporatism, in order to realize the transformation to "Hub-type social organization", Labor Union should clearly understand the target to achieve, the role to be positioned, the principle to obey and the function to play, respectively adopt specific measures from three aspects including the government, Labor Union and general social organization, so as to promote the Labor Union upon its transformation and development of the "Hub-type social organization".
