The Stady On The Construction Of Hub Type Social Organization From The Perspective Of Corporatism

With China's social structure diversified increasingly and the modernization of its national governance system and capacity,social organizations have became an important force in social governance system.However,the management mode of social organizations shows "dependency" and "passivity" obviously,the current dual management system restricts the development of social organizations seriously.Because the hub social organization can connect the government and the social organization,enhance the effective communication and benign interaction between them,its construction is of great significance for the development and improvement of social governance.Due to the guiding significance of the theory of corporatism in the west for the relationship between the state and society,it has received extensive attention and attention from the academic circle.Many aspects of the pivotal social organization are in accord with the theory of corporatism,It can provide a beneficial reference model and concept for the construction of the pivotal social organization when we are using the perspective of corporatism to study.This paper analyze and solve the construction of "Hub Type Social Organization"mainly using the perspective of corporatism.Taking the construction practice of Inner Mongolia Federation of Social Sciences as an example,the author analyzes the difficulties and problems faced by the construction of "Hub Type Social Organization"and analyzes deep-seated reasons:the mismatch between operation practice and target positioning;It is difficult to set up a systematic procedure;The ability of social mobilization is limited.The author puts forward the macro ideas and specific strategies under the guidance of the theory of "Corporatism" to solve the problems basing on the successful experience of "Hub Type Social Organization" in Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou and other provinces.On macro thinking,we should change the traditional concept and identify the subject identity of "Hub Type Social Organization";Improve the level of legislation and promote the improvement of top-level design;At the same time,We should establish a mechanism for the government and society to increase power and interact with each other.From the government's point of view,improvements should be made from the following aspects:strengthening the support for "hub-type social organizations",improving legal regulations and optimizing cooperative governance channels,etc."hub-type social organizations"should be improved from the aspects of active social mobilization,strengthening self-construction and strengthening normative functions.
