At present,the system of judges' evaluation in our country is not perfect,Has not formed a complete and scientific assessment system,This is inseparable from the related problems encountered in the judicial process of our country.Although the judge of this profession is in the judicial sequence,But not the Western sense of the three powers of the state of separation,The courts in one house and two courts do not have complete absolute independence,By the local party committees and the National People's Congress leadership and supervision.China's trial operation mechanism is being gradually amended,While the judge assessment system is also constantly improve them.In the process of judicial reform in 2015 and 2016,Reform has entered deep water,Judge assessment system has entered a bottleneck,Is moving in a more in-depth,more scientific direction to find a breakthrough.At this point,the study of the judge system is a very important part of the judicial reform,is also very necessary.At present,the system of judges' examination in our country shows different degree of problems,Assessment of the original intention of setting the index is difficult to be reflected,gave many judges a burden,but also to the work of the Court to bring some unnecessary pressure.It is imperative to explore a more reasonable assessment index and its assessment system,otherwise it will have a significant impact on the rule of law process.The further improvement of the system of judicial examination not only helps to promote the judicial reform,but also is the symbol of the success or failure of the judicial reform from a certain angle.Only when the judges' appraisal system is recognized by the vast majority of judges and the broad masses of the people can we achieve substantial results and reflect the effectiveness of judicial reform from another perspective.
