Research On The Light Penalty Of Duty Crimes

In recent years,with high incidence of duty crimes in the real life,and intensify the investigation of crime in our country.But look from the trial results,a considerable proportion of the criminal suspect was sentenced to criminal detention,probation,from criminal punishment,the external appearance touched the problem of light punishment of duty crime case study.In this article,the author proposed to birch chuan county people's procuratorate investigation of the crime by nearly three years and the court ruled for the Angle of view,the reality of light punishment of duty crime,causes,effects and countermeasures were analyzed,and in order to better play a role of punishment of duty crime prevention and containment.
