Study On The Governance Of Myanmar Refugees On The China-Myanmar Border

The governance is a hot and difficult problem in current international relations and social governance,it is a comprehensive problem of a set of political and social development,relates to the field of international relations,domestic and foreign affairs,politics,religion,national ecological resources,social governance,government management etc..Although the international community all over the world and make unremitting efforts,but the refugees still continue to governance problems plagued the international society and many countries,and gradually become the world governance problems,the fundamental reason is that the refugee management not only test management ability of a country,but also in the process of governance will affect the countries of origin and acceptance in the relations between the two countries sometimes,even involving multilateral relations between nations.Since August 2009,the government of Burma is located in the northern part of the army and the Kachin ethnic minority local armed groups and courageous local armed groups fighting frequently,a large number of people fled to escape the war and take a variety of ways across the border into the territory of Yunnan province Chinese line,as refugees,to our border areas to bring a lot of problems,have a great impact our border social security,stability and development,to China central government and relevant departments of the Yunnan provincial government to deal with the border refugees brought new challenges,but also to bring new China government governance challenges.From the perspective of nature,the China Burma border refugee problem has become Chinese and neighboring countries with state power and governance issues and mobilize social forces to jointly solve the international forces.This paper adopts questionnaire survey method,interview method,observation method,literature analysis method,around the public management theory,public crisis management theory,multicenter governance theory and global governance theory.The possible innovation of this paper is a theoretical innovation of the refugee problem of national basic public governance theory on the system of governance,social governance system,multi center governance,global governance is analyzed;the two is the innovation of the methods,in the use of inductive method at the same time,the China Burma border area conducted a questionnaire survey and field survey;the three is the practice of innovation,the reality of the China Burma border Burma refugee problem based on the proposed treatment plan,the existing management methods and ways of.
