On June 4,1992,the United Nations adopted the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change at the Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro,Brazil,and the subsequent adverse effects of climate change on human survival and development were gradually gravely concerned.The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change(UNFCC)entered into force on 21 March 1994 and currently has 198 States parties to the Convention.The meeting was held 21 times in Paris,France,in 1995,following the first meeting of the Conference of the Parties(COP)in Berlin,Germany,in 2015.At the Copenhagen climate conference held in December 2009,the participants discussed the issue of human sustainable development,global development imbalances,global environmental governance and mutual cooperation issues with global climate change.At the Copenhagen Conference,following the Kyoto Protocol signed at the Kyoto Conference in 1997,the Copenhagen Accord was signed with the epoch-making global climate agreement.Followed by the 2010 Cancun Conference in Mexico,the Durban Conference in South Africa in 2011,the Doha Conference in Qatar in 2013,the Warsaw Conference in Poland in 2013,and the Peruvian Maritime Conference in 2014 made the world's climate issues Disappointed until the November 2015 climate conference held in Paris,France on a breakthrough,reached a fruitful "Paris Agreement." China as a developing country,in the previous UN climate conference adhere to the "common and different responsibilities" guidelines for the solution to human sustainable development,global economic development is uneven,to maintain global environmental governance and other issues,as well as to promote cooperation between countries Governance of global environmental issues has played an important role.But in the process of dealing with climate issues in terms of capital,technology and management methods need the support of Western developed countries,so the international community in the field of climate cooperation is necessary.However,international cooperation in the field of climate,China's political diplomacy,emission reduction commitments and international trade development and other aspects will bring unprecedented challenges to our country,but also through our international cooperation in the field of climate change and development of energy and sustainable development opportunities.
