Aging population is a global people's development trend nowadays, this kind of the changes in age composition of the population is influencing all respects of life extensively and deeply. China is a developing country, the arrival of aging population is leading and belongs to the typical not rich but old first, especially the difference of rural age and the city age emphasizes the problem of rural elder security.Rural aging population not merely concerns rural old people's concrete life, concerns the whole economic and social development too. So setting up an old security system in conformity with China's rural socio-economic development has become government and society's important task.This text is on the basis of drawing lessons from the experts and scholars' study. The security system has carried on comparatively systematic research to supporting parents in our countryside in terms of aging population. The full text divides into six parts altogether:First part, including foreword and chapter one. Foreword analyzes the importance of the study on rural supporting under the background of aging population at first, then introduces some scholars' achievement in the field, thus the author has confirmed the breakthrough point of the subject.Chapter one, aging population and influencing. It introduces the intension of aging population, defines the standard, compares the developed country's process of aging population with developing country's , describes the characteristic of aging population of our country and the aging population's influence on our rural supporting system.Second part, namely chapter two, the relevant concept of supporting parents and ensuring in the countryside. It reviews the intension of rural supporting, the theoreticalfoundation and necessity of perfecting our rural endowment insurance.The third part, namely chapter three. It restrospects Chinese rural elder security at first, then analyzes the current condition and the reason, thus draws the conclusion: we should set up and perfect the security system of our countryside as soon as possible for a series of problems from aging population.The fourth part, namely chapter four, the international comparison and reference of different modes of supporting parents. Through analyzing different modes of supporting parents, being combined with the current situation of our country, a multi-level rural supporting should be an effective way to settle the countryside supporting.The fifth part, namely chapter five, structuring the security system of our rural supporting under the aging population background. It reviews the feasibility of structuring Chinese rural supporting security, the goal, the basic principle, the system frame, concrete reforming steps, the ways of raising and managing the funds and supplementary and correlate measures for rural supporting system.The sixth part, it is a conclusion. It summarizes several points in the course of the authors' making this research to realize.
