Research On The Role Of Judges In China Under The Background Of Judicial Reform

At present,our country is in the special and critical historical period of the reform of the economic system and political system,the different demands of different interest groups exist in all aspects of social life,social contradictions and disputes become increasingly fierce,the role of judge has to constantly adjust and adapt for the sake of following the pace of social change.In the process,as an important part of the reform of political system,the demand for judicial function of different historical mission and different social roles in different stages is inevitably embodied in the profession of judges,especially in the context of the current judicial reform,what role the judges that in the core of the judicial trial play and what role they should play,how the judges coordinate the special needs of different roles and how they resolve the internal contradictions and conflicts,have become the problems that the judiciary must be faced currently.Through the analysis of the role of the judge,carefully examining the various roles played by the judges under the special background,and then making some rational thinking on the construction of the judicial system and the role of the judge in the transition period is currently a major research topic in the field of the rule of law.This paper attempts to examine the special needs of judges in the background of different times,and sort out the basic role of judges in the life of the rule of law,so as to provide a more appropriate way for the different positions of their different roles.
