After the end of Cold War,the Middle East attracted much attention from America due to its significance geographical position and abundant petroleum resources.During the Cold War,the Middle East is one of the key areas of the US and Soviet hegemony.America's Middle East policy constantly adjust according to the need of strategic interests and the changing of international situation.In the Post-Cold Era,the United States dominates the dominance of the Middle East which produce a direct and profound impact on the situation in the Middle East and in the world.The Middle East policy of the United States has long been a hot research issue around the world.This thesis firstly introduce America's Middle East policy in the Cold-War period.Based on this background,combined the hot issues and historical events,this thesis summary representative measures of Middle East policy during Clinton,George Walker Bush and Obama administration on the basic of basic theory of Marxism international issue and use the analyzing method of narrate and discuss.Besides,this thesis also analyze the significant measures of America's Middle East policy after the end of Cold war especially from 21st century,and emphasize the main content,essence,problems,challenge and the impact of the Middle East policy of Obama administration.In the last part,this thesis analyze the Middle East situation that face to China.The changing and development of Middle East situation are both opportunity and challenge to China.On this basis,combined with the important researches on contemporary international relations of Marxism classical writers,this thesis expound how China carry out diplomacy in the Middle East area.
