Research On The Development Of China's Public Sphere And Its Impact On Civic Culture In The Internet Age

With the policy of reforming and opening up,the development of the market economy,the establishment of the rule of law,the formation of democratic culture,Public sphere has been appeared and developed.it has an effect on the country,society and personal and becoming more and more obvious.Especially after the popularity of the Internet,the network as a widely used new media to the public sphere presents a new feature,but also for the healthy development of the public sector has brought new opportunities and challenges.The Public sphere as a living space,not only related to the construction of civic culture,but also concerned the harmonious development of democratic society.Therefore,the study of Public sphere development and the influence of civic culture is also completely important.In this paper,through the study of Habermas' public sphere thought,it is concluded that the Public sphere is a kind of social existence which is inevitable as the social economy and culture to a certain extent and has the characteristics of being critical and publicly,and has the function of Supervision,Cultural enlightenment,Social integration.Based on the analysis of the case of Habermas' public sphere,the author analyzes the "Peng Yu case",and points out that there is a great negative impact on the civic culture in the Public sphere in the Internet age.Finally,according to the Internet era of China's public sphere development and its impact on the study of civic culture in the existing problems,author puts forward some suggestions.
