Rousseau's "social contract theory," a book,in the theory has been a big debate.In view of this,this article through the Rousseau classic works to interpret,to pursue the Rousseau social contract theory content and value embodiment.The article is divided into the following parts:The first part mainly discusses the social contract theory put forward by Rousseau under the influence of the corresponding historical background and the early social contract theory.The second part discusses the content of Rousseau's social contract theory,To the natural law,the extension of the social contract of the logical starting point and logical end,analysis of Rousseau social contract theory of thinking framework.Rousseau argues that people have signed a contract in order to achieve a fairly equal state based on "willfulness";the third part is the conclusion that the historical influence of Rousseau's social contract theory is summed up.The value of Rousseau's theory is expounded by the influence of Rousseau's social contract theory on Western human rights and sovereignty theory and the construction of our rule of law.
