On The Use Of The Conclusion Of Polygraph Detection

With the continuous development of lie detection technology,the application of polygraph conclusion in criminal investigation is becoming more and more frequent,which provides a great help to the investigation organs in the direction of investigation.However,in practice,the use of polygraph conclusion is also one of the reasons for the investigation of the miscarriage of justice,so that the use of polygraph conclusion in criminal investigation has been questioned by the community.The case of Du Peiwu in Yunnan,the case of Liu Minghe in Anhui,and the case of Ma Tingxin in Henan,these three cases reveals that in practice the investigation organ using polygraph common problems,such as test generation investigation,polygraph conclusion identified as criminal main means.The main reason caused by the misuse of the following,the investigation organ deification of polygraph conclusion in the subjective role;using the standard could be caused by the lack of investigation organs by the objective of the investigation organ;supervision of the use of polygraph conclusion for the absence of misuse of hidden trouble.In order to avoid the misuse of polygraph conclusion in practice,the investigation organ should end on polygraph role attitude;establish and perfect the polygraph use specification;construction supervision and restriction mechanism for the proper use of polygraph to create a good environment.
