On The Construction Of China's Judicial Authority

Judicial authority is a compelling power and prestige,which is a prerequisite and an important guarantee for the realization of judicial functions.At present,our country is in the period of social transformation,the rule of law is steadily advancing.Politics,economy and culture which are closely related to people are faced with various choices.At this time,as an important means to regulate rights and interests,to resolve conflicts and achieve the rule of law,judicature plays a more and more important role.However,the absence of judicial authority has become a bottleneck in the development of justice.And many shackles of judicial authority in society have to be cleared.This article is divided into three parts: introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction is mainly from the practice and theory,the current judicial authority of the research background and research significance to elaborate.The text is divided into three parts.The first part is the interpretation of the judicial authority,which is intended to answer what is the authority of the judiciary.This part is mainly related to the meaning of judicial authority,sources and criteria.The second part analyzes the performance and causes of the lacking judicial authority in our country at present.This part is intended to excavate the real shackles that influence the construction of judicial authority from outside to inside.This part mainly deals with the performance of the lacking judicial authority in our country and the causes of the lacking judicial authority in our country at present.The third part of this article analyzes and explores the path of constructing and perfecting the judicial authority of our country.The aim of this part is to solve the problem of judicial authority's construction and put forward constructive suggestions.This part mainly involves: perfecting the operation mechanism of judicial power,curbing judicial corruption,safeguarding the judicial finality,cultivating social integrity and civil legal consciousness.
