Property penalty execution supervision is an important part of the procuratorial organs perform,supervision of penalty execution in recent years,with the property penalty in practice increased and many illegal phenomenon occurs in the property penalty,serious executive system directly affects the realization of the purpose of penalty and.To strengthen and perfect the procuratorial organs on supervision of property punishment,to fulfill procuratorial supervision of Punishment Execution Authority,maintenance of criminal judgment execution,implementation of maintenance control,penalty execution of the debtor and other legitimate rights and interests of the workers,improve our country's penal system,has important practical significance.The author analyzes the problems existing in the execution of the current property punishment,and puts forward the suggestions to improve it.Firstly,through combing the property punishment execution procuratorial supervision and procuratorial organs on the legal basis of property punishment normative documents formulated by the executive supervision,supervision system stipulated in current status of property punishment;from the perspective of law enforcement,criminal enforcement of procuratorial practice,in South of Jiangsu high tech Zone procuratorate property punishment execution procuratorial supervision Practice for example,the implementation of inspection and supervision on the status quo of China's practice of criminal property,and summed up the practice of procuratorial organs around found illegal mechanism,correct illegal mechanism,supervision mechanism,to explore the establishment of a sound property punishment made by the procuratorial supervision mechanism.Secondly,the analysis of the existing problems in the implementation of the law enforcement supervision of property,mainly in three aspects:the provisions of the level of incomplete,difficult to implement the level of operation,the level of supervision without strength.Finally,combined with the practical difficulties of property punishment of procuratorial supervision,and judicial practice,put forward to perfect the property punishment execution procuratorial supervision suggestions from three aspects:the regulations,clear operating norms;the implementation level,smooth channels of information;the supervision level,strengthen supervision,promote the implementation of criminal property and effectiveness of procuratorial supervision norms.The purpose of this paper is to through theoretical research,close to the judicial practice,break the property punishment execution procuratorial supervision difficult,empty,empty and other practical difficulties,to provide ideas or inspiration of pertinence,feasibility,practical path to explore.
