Digital City Management In Yangzhou: Current Situation, Problems And Countermeasures

Yangzhou City Government in order to solve the traditional city management and urban development does not adapt and so on the questions,as the first batch of ten digital urban management pilot city(District),steps onto the city management of digitization path.More than and 10 years,Yangzhou has made some achievements because of "One-Linkage supervision,Two-Linkage command,Three-Linkage management and Four-Linkage network" digital urban management model,including the construction background and process,system construction and the construction of the new city management mode,increasing the ability to identify problems,increasing the ability to solve problems,improving the overall level of the city,promoting the copy of the "Yangzhou model" etc.results.But also having a direct impact on the Yangzhou city management benignity development question,how to further improve the construction of digital urban management is a matter of great concern to the Yangzhou municipal government.In this text,the author takes Yangzhou city as the research object.With the use of the new public service theory,governance theory,service-oriented government theory,analyzes the status quo of Yangzhou digital city management,and it also has some problems,such as the infrastructure is far from perfect,the system platform construction level is not high,departments did not form an overall force,the work team needs to be strengthened,the information sources of digital city management are single.According to the subjective and objective factors,analysis of the causes of the above problems,including that the construction of digital urban management in different regions is different,resource integration and utilization is not enough,the management mechanism is not perfect,team building is not compatible with demand,the public participation is not high.In view of the problems existing in the practice of Yangzhou digital urban management,some corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are put forward.Finally,making recommendations,such as full coverage of digital city management,upgrading technical level,improving the digital city management mechanism,strengthening the team construction,establish the social participation,in order to provide the reference for the government to further improve the level of city management and improve the quality of public services.
