Research On Optimization Of Urban Community Management Model

The community is the basic unit of the city.The management level of the community directly affects the development of the city and plays a very important role in the economic development of the society.From the actual investigation,it is found that the healthy development of the community has positive promotion significance for the harmonious and sustainable development of the country and society,and also promotes people's living standards and social management level.Therefore,in order to promote the stable development of society,it is necessary to strengthen community management.In recent years,China's urbanization process has been accelerating,the population of the city has also increased rapidly,and the main body of urban governance and the demands of interests have become more diverse,which makes the environment of community governance more complicated.Although the urban community governance in China has achieved certain results in recent years,due to the lack of effective communication and coordination between the community and the residents,the division of the subject's powers and responsibilities,and the difficulty of coordination of the governance subjects,the governance of the community still faces a large challenge.In the context of new public management theory,social welfare theory,this paper explores the status quo and existing problems of A community governance,and combines the model of typical urban community governance at home and abroad.It also provides important enlightenment for the management model of A community.At present,there are problems in the governance of A community,insufficient supply of public goods and services in the community,low satisfaction of community residents,high frequency of community conflicts,and serious administrative color of community governance.This is mainly because social participation mechanisms are not perfect,and communities and Residents lack effective communication,the quality of staff needs to be improved,and the construction of digital management platform is insufficient.Therefore,the A community must realize the diversification of management subjects,improve the quality of staff,strengthen the construction of digital management platforms,and strengthen measures.
