In the era of large data,the analysis and excavation of information brings more convenience than before.At the same time,the phenomenon of infringing personal information is becoming more and more serious.It seriously affects the normal life of the information subject and even causes personal property loss.The purpose of this paper is to protect the security of personal information and to safeguard the legitimate rights of citizens.This paper mainly uses three kinds of research methods such as semantic analysis,comparative research,case analysis.This paper first defines the concept,characteristics and constituent elements of personal information,then analyzes the value of personal information,and finally puts forward the civil law basis of protecting information.Then this article describes the form of violation of personal information,such as illegal collection,illegal handling and disclosure.This paper analyzes the current situation of civil law protection of personal information security in China from the aspects of legislation,judicature and industry self-discipline,and concludes that our current stage of personal information lack of effective industry supervision and judicial relief methods and other issues.In this paper,through the analysis and reference to personal information security civil lawl protection model of the European Union,the United States,Japan,the author proposed to the ways to optimize the protection of personal information security in order to adapt to the development of the society and the national conditions of our country.I believe that legislators should consider the legislative factors,judicial factors,administrative regulatory factors.And it is also necessary to strengthen the awareness of civic information protection and international cooperation.
