In The New Era, China Has Comprehensively Deepened Its Reform Strategy Research

The Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China adopted the "Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Some Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively Deepening the Reform." The CPC central committee with Comrade Xi Jin ping as the core put forward the new judgment and new ideas to maintain the strategic concentration from the overall grasp of the new situation and with the orientation of problems of development. It formed the basic framework of the strategy of deepen reform comprehensively. It marked the form formally of the strategy of comprehensively deepen reform and meant the end of the gradual reform and the beginning of the coordinated reform. Deepen the reform comprehensively, "comprehensive" means that the form is integral and systematic rather than fragmentary or one-sided;"deepening" means that the form is essential and scientific rather than superficial or shallow. Strategy needs to play a guiding role in order to cope with unprecedented risks and challenges. The study of strategy which revealing its theoretical and practical significance provides some reference to help strategy play a better role in guiding the reform.This paper studies and summarizes the strategy of the reform systematically. It includes the background and meanings of the strategy. This paper illustrates the guiding significance of the strategy on the basis of the objective understanding about the strategy of gradual reform and the situation about economic and social development. In the process of realize the goal of reform we should insist on socialism with Chinese characteristics according to the actual situation and historical task, rather than negate reform or reform wildly. Although the heavens and the earths are large, the people are the most important. We must improve the living standard of people and enhance the sense of happiness In the process of reform. Guiding principles of reform are rigid rules and base line which we must persist, otherwise we will get farther away from targets. This paper illustrates the strategy about implementation. We should coordinate the relationship between 'four comprehensives' 'five areas' and understand and deal with five relationships in the reform. We should deal with the obstruction that solidification of the interests has caused and the consistency of thought to promote the implementation of the reform ultimately.
