Is to support the free flow of information or personal information protection and so on.In China on March 15,2017 issued the "Civil Law",the increase in the protection of personal data,but also reflects the country's attention,but the part may not be able to meet the needs of social development,learn from some of the world's advanced countries andregional experience,or to develop and promulgate a special personal data protection laws.On the basis of this,this paper attempts to define the concept and relationship of "personal information" and "personal data" on the basis of the new regulations on personal data,and from the perspective of each country,(Including some of the problems in our real life)and the current situation of our legislation;again,in the current status of our legislation on the basis of personal data to explore the personal data,The legal basis of protection and how the tort liability is identified;again,the rights conflict that may exist at the same time as the protection of personal data and the principle of resolving the conflict.Finally,some ideas on the legislation of personal data protection in China.
