Cooling-off period means consumer can cancel contract when they make a contract,and consumer need not pay money to operator because of his behave,and consumer also need not tell reason to operator.This law of consumer is not a law come from our country,it comes from abroad,so it has some problems under China's environment,especially in the age of Internet and Internet is growing so fast.It is these problems that deserves study further.This paper is divided into four chapters to state the improvement of the system of online consumers right to regret,The first chapter is an overview of online shopping consumers' regret power system,compared with the right of revocation and the right of cancellation in ?The contract law?,highlight the characteristics of consumer regret right:unilateral,legal,and independent.The second chapter introduces the relevant provisions of the system of consumer regret right outside the region,It mainly introduces three developed countries,Britain,the United States and Germany in starting point,disposing Time,legal consequence and so on.The third chapter is the current situation and existing problems of China's consumer regret power system,Firstly,the development process of China's consumer regret right system is introduced,secondly,the rationality of the design of regret power system is analyzed,finally introduce our system's problems.The fourth chapter is the consummation of China's consumer regret right system,put forward my own suggestions to improve further on the basis of reference to the relevant regulations outside the region:improve the relevant legal system,expand scope of application,join the service,improve the right's period;strengthen supervision of industry and administration;enhance publicity and Improve the judicial relief mechanism in order to protect consumer's right and regulate their own behaviors.
