With the awakening of consciousness of civil rights,safeguard their rights to enhancement,development degree of democracy,promote social democracy not only become a trend of the development of modern society,but also an indispensable content of building a harmonious society.China has a long history,but the corresponding also has a lot of traditional political culture and relatively stable political habits.At the same time,the current era is an era of open,developed the Internet allows information to be able to communicate to all corners of the world in an instant,it provides great convenience for the spread of political ideas,so that our country's democratic development inevitably influenced by all kinds of political thought.This means that the construction of democratic politics in China are rooted in their own traditional culture,and must be able to critically absorb some of the western advanced thought and culture.Based on the marxism as the guiding ideology,using the method of comparative study and comprehensive research to study the pre-qin Confucianism and humanism.First is the basic content of the two kinds of thoughts and the history evaluation to make a detailed explanation,then from the background of the two ideas,both the similarities and differences as well as its influence on the development of the democracy and so on a comparative study on three aspects,finally through the pre-qin Confucian people-oriented thoughts and comprehensive analysis of humanism,digging out the modern value of the two kinds of thoughts and provide some useful reference for the construction of democratic politics in China and thought resources.
