Analysis Of The Legal Problems Of China's Network Car

Passengers can use network platform to book cars.This kind of car is called “Network Car”.Thanks to the development of Internet,Network Car has become more and more popular in the world.In 2009,passengers only in America could use the Network Car called Uber,but now,people in more than sixty countries are using it.In China,passengers began to use“ Di Di Calling” or ”Kuai Di Calling” from 2014,in which they two competed fiercely.However,these two software have belong to one group already.The market of Network Car is changing very quickly around the whole world.Because of the popularity of this kind of car,laws of many countries are facing new challenge.In order to solve this problem,some countries have made new laws.On July 28,2016,Chinese government has made new laws to allow people to use Network Car.After that,many local governments are making new relevant rules in succession.This paper attempts to make a detailed analysis on the legal issues of Network Car,and hope to be able to benefit the healthy development of the Network Car.This paper is composed of four parts except for the introduction and conclusion:In the first part,the author introduces the definition of Network Car in our country.Then,it introduces the function of the three aspects of network car.Then,we analyze the three different functions of social development of the network.Finally,it introduces “Sharing Economy”,which is the foundation of Network Car.The second part is divided into two parts.The first,about two different operating modes are analyzed.Secondly,it analyses the lawsuit relationship of Network Car.The third part mainly discusses the different attitudes of domestic and foreign governments to the Network Car.The fourth part is analysis of the legal issues caused by the Network Car in China,and puts forward some suitable measures.
