The Institutional Function And Reform Direction Of The Party Committee Political And Legal Committee Under The New Situation

The Politics and Law Committee of the Communist Party of China is an important functional department of the Party committee.It is mainly responsible for leading,organizing and coordinating the work of the political and legal departments of our country to investigate and deal with the new situation and new problems in the comprehensive management of social security,and plays an important role in leading political and legal fields,safeguarding national security and maintaining social stability.But all along,the domestic experts and scholars on the existence of the Politics and Law Committee of the Communist have had a lot of controversy or even criticism.There are support,but also against,the grounds are very different.Perhaps the controversial issue is more of a research value.This paper begins with two different opinions of the academic circle,then try to explain the twelve stages of development in different periods from the history of political and Legal Committee,to examine the rationality of its existence through historical facts of the Politics and Law Committee of the Communist and then the existence of the reality of the function,such as political leadership,maintaining national stability,according to the rule of law,organization and coordination to discuss the significance of its reality and points out that the problem lies,finally,the paper puts forward some ideas and suggestions on how to play a better role of the Politics and Law Committee of the Communist.
