On The Legal Regulation Of The Evaluation Of Social Organizations In China

With the increasing role of social organizations in the development of our society,the development of social organizations has also appeared many problems,and the traditional supervision methods are difficult to effectively solve,so our country introduced the social organization evaluation mechanism.Because of the late start of our social organization assessment work,there are many problems in the actual operation.At present,there are many researches on social organization evaluation,but there are still few researches on the assessment of social organization's legal issues.Therefore,the author hopes to make some exploratory research on the legal problems of social organization and evaluate the law for our social organization Improve the system to make some suggestions.In this study,we carefully study the theory of social organization assessment and review a large number of literatures related to social organization assessment,and then put forward suggestions on the legal regulation of social organization assessment in combination with legal knowledge.The article is divided into three parts: The first part,briefly expounds the legal basis of social organization assessment legal regulation,first elaborated the important role of social organization in the national governance system,and then introduced the social organization assessment to promote the development of social organization,and finally Analysis of the need for legal regulation of social organization assessment;the second part introduces the social organization evaluation legal regulation The status quo and the problem,this part first introduces the social organization to assess the status quo of legal regulation,and then in-depth analysis of the existing problems,mainly from the assessment of the main body,assessment procedures,assessment of results into the four aspects of legal relief analysis;the third part,To assess the existing problems of legal regulation to improve the proposal,mainly by the improvement of the evaluation main body,improve the procedural requirements,improve the evaluation of the results of the transformation mechanism,improve the legal relief of four parts.
