From the Report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of the People's Republic of China,the “With the aim of establishing a socialist system of social management with Chinese characteristics” was submitted to the report of the 19 th National Congress of the People's Republic of China to further propose the “Establishing a social governance model based on collaboration,participation,and common interests”.From the 17 th Party Congress,it put forward clear development requirements for In the report of the Nineteenth Congress,five references to social organizations and from the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party “Improving methods of social governance,kindling the vigor of social organizations” to the Nineteenth Congress Report “shift the focus of social governance to the community level,leverage the role of social organizations ",the Central Government has given unprecedented attention to social organizations,and expectations of social organizations are also getting higher and higher.Therefore,stimulating the vitality of social organizations is of great significance in advancing the participation of social organizations in social governance,giving full play to the role of social organizations in social governance,and establishing a social governance model based on collaboration,participation,and common interests.Social science social organizations as an important part of social organizations,its vitality to stimulate and enhance the prosperity of our social sciences,promote social progress and national development has an irreplaceable role.In reality,the vitality of social organizations under the same policy and social environment is very different.It brings enormous challenges to the development of social organizations and the management of government departments.The relevant research on the vitality of social organizations focuses on qualitative analysis.Analysis and policy recommendations have not yet involved quantitative analysis of the factors that influence the vitality of social organizations.Therefore,starting from the actual situation of social science social organizations,this study builds an influencing factor index system based on bibliographic studies to establish two-dimensional criteria for the internal management of organizations and government-society relations,and discusses the factors in two dimensions.The degree of influence of the social organization's vitality in the social sciences,and the factors that have the most significant influence on the vitality of the social organizations in the social sciences in different dimensions.This study takes the social organization directly under the Federation of Social Sciences in C city as the research object,adopts the literature analysis method and in-depth interview method to construct the specific measurement dimensions of the vitality of the social science organization,and obtains the vitality of the research object after sorting and assignment.Factor analysis and regression analysis were carried out on the influencing factors of internal management and political and social relations.The research results show that the internal management of organizations and the relationship between government and society are positively related to the social organization of the Social Security Unit.The internal integrated management of the organization's internal management has the most significant impact on the organization's vitality.Organizations in the political and public relations organizations provide services to the government.The most significant effect of vitality.
