Research On Problems And Countermeasures In The Construction Of Village-level Party Organizations

Village-level party organization is the core of leadership for the various organizations in the village and the work of,is the base of the party in the countryside all the work and the party in the countryside each policy,policy,the implementation of the most direct and the executor,is the party of contact with the masses of peasants is the most direct bridge and the link,is to carry out each guidelines and policies of the party in the countryside,lead the masses in fighting bastion of the socialist new rural construction.Village-level party organizations directly relate to the economic development and social stability of the rural areas and the consolidation of the party's ruling status.In the process of social development,village-level party organizations have become an important base force to promote rural economic and social development.In recent years,with building new socialist countryside and building a socialist harmonious society important historical task put forward and implemented,such as the development of rural areas in China is facing a major opportunities and challenges,for the construction of village-level organizations are also put forward new and higher requirements.In this paper in view of the new town,we deeply analyzed the current situation of the construction of village-level party organizations,work fully affirmed the main practices,at the same time in the new town,for example,pointed out that the current construction of village-level party organizations in China are rural basic-level party organization's cohesive force and fighting capacity is not strong;Party member education management and development backward;The problems in the development of rural modern economy and the reasons for the existence of the problem are mainly manifested in the existence of cavitation and coping phenomena in the party construction activities of the village level.The overall quality of the leadership of village party organizations is not high;The construction of village-level party organizations is insufficient,and the long-term mechanism of cultivating reserve cadres is not perfect.In view of the above problems,five countermeasures are proposed to strengthen the construction of village party organizations: firstly,the ability of the village party branch to control the overall work is effectively improved.Second,strengthen the construction of village cadres;Third,strengthen the economic strength of the party organization in the grass-roots village;Fourth,the establishment of scientific evaluation mechanism and incentive mechanism;Fifth,further strengthen the education management of party members.These concrete measures and measures will make the village level party organization take on the task of building a new socialist countryside and become the battle fortress for the new rural construction.
