The Han Dynasty inherited the System of the Qin Dynasty.It is called the inheritance of Qin' System in the Historical research field.Legalism,as the heart of the System of the Qin Dynasty,is also inherited by the ruler of the Han Dynasty.There is also a statement which is called the inheritance of Qin Law.Qin,as one of the Vassal states in China,became greater and greater after the reform of Shang Yang.At last,it became the first Feudal state in Chinese history,Legalism,as the heart of the System of the Qin Dynasty,reached the top of the time.But in the end,the Qin Dynasty broke in its second generation suddenly.To the contray,the Han Dynasty,which inherited the System of the Qin Dynasty,prospered for several generations.There are a lot of things for us to discuss and draw lessons from.A comprehensive framework for promoting the rule of law is our final goal,and the Judicial Reform is the answer to the questions.We have a long history,and the improvement of the legal system also provides us a lot of treasures in the judicial reform.What can we get from “the inheritance of Qin Law”? How much did the Han Dynasty's ruler inherit from Qin? Is there any improvement? The answer could be found below.
