Research On Personal Information Protection Based On The Cyber ??Security Law

With the wide application of information technology and the continuous popularization of the Internet,personal information has become increasingly prominent in the social and economic activities.At the same time,the phenomenon of abuse of personal information ensues,which has brought harm to the social order and the people's immediate interests,Rational use and effective protection of personal information has become a hot issue of widespread concern to individuals and the community.This paper first discusses the personal information security,and then on this basis,leads to the "network security law".Combined with the network security law,we conduct in-depth research on personal information security,and do research and discussion through literature research and interdisciplinary research.By comparing the impact of the People's Republic of China network security law on the network security and personal information protection,we predict the future trend of China's development in this area.Through the comparison of domestic and foreign in the personal information protection and network security stability,personal information security,security and orderly flow of harmonious social networking and other related laws,policies,measures,analysis of advantages in these aspects of our country,at the same time for the future of how China on the issue of the legislative and executive direction and guidance on the planning of the whole.So as to improve the legal system and administrative regulations about network security and information security,in order to achieve the strategic goal of China's network power in the end.
