Network Car Insurance Liability Analysis

The sharing economy has penetrated into all aspects of people's social life,and the on-line car-hailing industry is the representative of sharing economic.Although the automobile insurance industry is well established,as to on-line car-hailing insurance field,the rapid development of the car-hailing industry,multiplicity operation pattern,complex participants are the main reasons for the incompletely and hysteresis of the on-line car-hailing insurance legislation.Starting from the practice cases for car-hailing insurance industry,this paper analyzes of the problem in the real word providing fundamental for the next analysis.Secondly,this paper analyzes the on-line car-hailing operation mode,the automobile insurance mode as well as current situation of foreign on-line car-hailing management and insurance of domestic or abroad.Last but not least,the article focuses on the analysis for the responsibility when the on-line car-hailing is not on operating model and under the different types of insurance.Only by establishing the system of on-line car-hailing insurance,resolving insurance claim contradictions and offering tips for the policyholders can we construct a harmonious society and regulate the order of our society.
