Research On Administrative Entrustment Supervision Mechanism

With the development of administrative subject management in China,the traditional administrative management style can not meet the demand of market.Administrative subject,as an essential part in the national construction,aim to improve the administrative efficiency further more,Delegate some of their power to other organizations for exercise,the resulting from this behavior has become an important content of modern administration.However,in the entrusted practice,many incidents such as malicious law enforcement ? the transfer of government law enforcement risks?the evasion of illegal responsibility,etc.are contrary to the original intention of the administrative commission.The main reason is that the supervision mechanism of administrative supervision in China is not yet perfect,and the lack of binding force leads to the abuse of power.This paper analyzes the basic theories of administrative delegation and supervision by means of comparative analysis and dialectical analysis.further elaborates the basis and current situation of the administrative commission supervision system,and probes into the perfecting ways of administrative supervision mechanism.in order to raise awareness of the responsibility of the client,urged by the principal legal,compliance,entrust acting reasonably,safeguard the interests of the administrative relative person,so as to give a full play to achieve the best management and biggest service.
