In recent years,in the context of economic globalization and integration,all countries in the world have spared no effort to develop the economy.Russia,as one of the few major countries in the world,has the largest land in the world.Its economic resources are rich,but in recent years,although the Russian economic reform has been continued,but the effect is not satisfactory.Russia does not have the same population as China,and the Russian government is trying to attract foreign investment while stimulating its domestic economy.To this end,the Russian Federation government carried out a series of legislative activities,trying to improve the legal environment as the starting point,to stimulate foreign capital into the Russian domestic market to help Russia out of economic difficulties,but with little effect.This paper explores the advantages and shortcomings of Russian foreign investment law by exploring the issue of Russian foreign investment legal issues and hopes to provide suggestions for the legislative activities of foreign investment in China.In recent years,China has emerged a number of capital flight situation,the new form,how to play our strengths,expand foreign capital investment,seek international cooperation,and strive to attract foreign advanced management experience for the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics continue to explore.I can not be limited to all the problems included in this article,so choose one of them to explore.This article mainly analyzes how the Russian Federation has determined the advantages and disadvantages of foreign investment entities,foreign investment access procedures and Russian legislation,and has made suggestions and shortcomings for China's foreign investment legislation.
