Research On The Mechanism Of Social Capital's Influence On The Development Of Institutions

The theory of social capital is based on embedding sexual relations,which provides an integrated view of research institution and cultural interaction.The new institutional-ism has the same research perspective on the expansion of system concept.Based on the definition of social capital and the system on the basis of the connotation of the core,starting from the three forms of social capital,this paper expounds the trust,norms of social capital and social capital network the positive role of social capital on system development and internal mechanism.As a complete circulatory system,social capital has a negative influence on institutional development.These influences are caused by social networks' suppression of institutional space,the accumulation of social norms and information locking and strengthening of network boundaries.Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward the dynamic construction mechanism of developing and cultivating modern social capital from the perspective of social construction and transformation of government functions.
