A Case Study On The Action Strategy And Logical Mechanism Of Social Organizations’ Participation In Community Governance Based On Social Capital Theory

Community governance has always been an important aspect of grassroots governance in China,and Our country has been exploring the best model of community governance.In recent years,as one of the multiple subjects of social governance,social organizations have gradually participated in community governance and play an important role.Then,the governance model of social organization embedded in community governance has attracted social attention.This paper takes social"organization Y"’s involvement in the community governance of "E Community",a typical old community in Haidian District,Beijing,as the case study object.Through field research,in-depth interview and focus group interview,this paper explores the action strategy and logical mechanism of social organization’s community governance.This paper uses the grounded theory coding technology to sort out and analyze the data obtained in the survey.With the help of the analysis software--Nvivo,this paper obtains the relevant core categories and codes through multilevel coding.On this basis,it establishes the logical mechanism model of community governance with the participation of professional social organizations.In the end,this study found that:The first,social organizations able to enter the community participation in community governance,there are two reasons,both from the government for the reality of the transformation government function need for social organizations to provide financial and legitimacy of the external motivation,and from social organizations to seek survival space and its itself is different from the government’s internal advantage.The Second,the stock of community social capital affects the effectiveness of community governance.Social organizations to foster and reconstruction of community social capital is the management idea,through a certain community governance measures,to promote community social capital stock,to restore trust within the community groups,build community relations network,and community residents of community identity formation,achieving good governance in the community.Finally,in the last chapter of the paper,this paper provides inspiration to other social organizations that want to enter the field of community governance from two perspectives:stimulating social organizations to take the initiative to play their own advantages and being good at building social capital stock in the community.
