Compared with the traditional paper bill,the development of electronic paper in China started late,but its development speed is amazing.Compared with paper paper,electronic bills have many advantages,such as high efficiency and strong security,and the volume of electronic paper business is also increasing year by year.However,the development of electronic bills did not appear to be so smooth.At first,the research on electronic instruments was a little scarce in the theoretical field,and there was no regulation on electronic bills in the law of negotiable instruments.On the other hand,electronic paper has gradually presented a series of problems in its development,especially the risk of the electronic bill business,and the liability of legal liability.The existence of these problems has greatly restricted the development of electronic bills.This paper aims at clearing the way for the development of electronic bills through a series of researches and proposing the feasible legal construction scheme.With a view to the development of electronic paper in our country to provide some weak force.
